I like the idea of pictures of trees as portraits. I think of mine the same way. I admit an element of anthropomorphizing, but there seems to be an increasing recognition that plants exhibit adaptive behavior in a time frame that is different from what we are accustomed to.
I agree completely, it’s funny how we select which are worthy of our film and which aren’t. We must see something in a tree in the same way we see something we want to save in some faces.
